Datos de inscripción a torneos: Al inscribir un equipo en un torneo de la serie recopilamos, además, el nombre de la persona que inscribe el equipo, su fecha de nacimiento, número de móvil y email de contacto, así como el nivel de Playtomic declarado por cada jugador/a. Estos datos se usan exclusivamente para gestionar la inscripción, verificar el nivel declarado frente a los datos de Playtomic, organizar los grupos y el cuadro del torneo, procesar el pago de la cuota de inscripción a través de nuestro proveedor de pagos (SumUp) y comunicar información relevante sobre el torneo (horarios, aplazamientos, etc.). La fecha de nacimiento se solicita únicamente para confirmar la mayoría de edad o, en su caso, gestionar el consentimiento de un tutor legal. Tournament registration data: When a team registers for a tournament in the series, we additionally collect the name of the person registering the team, their date of birth, mobile number and contact email, as well as the Playtomic level self-declared by each player. This data is used exclusively to manage the registration, verify the declared level against Playtomic data, organize the tournament groups and bracket, process the entry fee payment through our payment provider (SumUp), and communicate relevant tournament information (schedules, postponements, etc.).
